Do your engineers work remotely?
Yes. They work remotely as part of your team, joining your Slack or Teams, standups and repositories. We agree working hours around your team's day before the engagement begins.
How is this different from outsourcing or staff augmentation?
Our engineers work inside your team, learn how your business runs and take responsibility for building working AI systems. The work includes testing, security checks, monitoring and documentation, not just engineering capacity or advice. You own the code from day one.
What happens to our data?
Your data stays in your environment. Engineers use least-privilege access through your own accounts and controls, follow your security rules and only access what the work needs. Client data is not used to train general-purpose AI without express written agreement.
What if the sprint shows AI isn't the answer?
We review the results together at the end of the paid two-week sprint. If AI is not the right approach, we explain why and recommend what to do instead. You can stop, change direction or continue without a long commitment. The work and documentation remain yours.
